TSP Smart Spaces is proud to announce that we have been named Best Home Automation in Boston Home’s Winter 2026 Best of Boston Home issue. Each year, Boston Home’s editorial team recognizes the leading design and building professionals in the region, and we’re honored to be included among this year’s winners.

Collaboration at the Core

The best smart home is one that feels like it was always part of the architecture. Getting there takes more than just installing great products. It takes close collaboration with the architects, interior designers, and builders who shape every home we work on.

At TSP Smart Spaces, we get involved early. We work alongside our design and construction partners from the first conversations so that lighting, shading, audio, and networking support the design intent instead of competing with it. We believe this partnership-driven approach is our greatest strength, and we’re grateful that Boston Home recognized it.

The Work Behind the Win

This recognition reflects the work of our entire team on projects across the city, including:

• Raffles Boston Residences: A 33rd-floor condominium designed with Hacin for a couple moving from the suburbs to the city. A Lutron HomeWorks system manages lighting and motorized shades that are calibrated for the home’s abundant natural light. Invisible speakers, flush-mounted displays, and a Cisco Meraki network keep the technology quiet and reliable. Read the project story.
• A Two-Level Waterfront Penthouse: Working with Hacin, FBN Construction, and Casa Design Group, we helped join two condominiums into one home. The entire technology backbone is concealed in a custom reeded millwork cabinet, and Savant with Josh.ai voice control coordinates lighting, shades, climate, and media. Read the project story.
• Luxury Residences Throughout Boston: From Back Bay brownstones to new construction, we bring the same commitment to thoughtful, invisible integration to every home we touch.

Thank You

We’re deeply grateful to our clients for trusting us with their homes, to our design and building partners for their collaboration, and to Boston Home for this honor. We look forward to continuing to create spaces where technology enhances everyday living without ever getting in the way.
