The TSP NOC alert program sends transactional operational and account-security text messages to TSP staff and clients who have enabled SMS notifications on their TSP Network Operations Center (NOC) dashboard account. Messages include equipment offline/online alerts, multi-device site status changes, and account-security notices such as new-login and VPN activity alerts.
By adding your mobile number to your TSP NOC account and turning on the “SMS notifications” setting, you consent to receive automated informational text messages from TSP Smart Spaces related to your account and the systems we monitor for you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Messages are event-driven. You will typically receive between 0 and 10 messages per day, depending on activity on your account.
Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. TSP Smart Spaces does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending text messages. You can also turn off SMS notifications in your dashboard profile. To resume, re-enable SMS notifications or reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
