TSP Smart Spaces (“TSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TSP Network Operations Center (NOC) dashboard and provides managed monitoring of network and smart-home systems for our staff and clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — including for our SMS text-message alert program.

1. Information we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Authentication and security data, such as login times, IP addresses, and device or session details used to secure your account.
• Monitoring data from the network and smart-home equipment we monitor on your behalf, such as devices going online or offline and related status events.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the NOC dashboard, monitor your systems, secure your account, and send you operational and account-security notifications by email and, if you enable it, by SMS. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. SMS text-message program

If you add your mobile number to your TSP NOC account and enable the “SMS notifications” setting, we send you transactional alerts — for example, when monitored equipment goes offline or comes back online, when several devices at a site change state together, and account-security events such as a new login or VPN activity.

• Message frequency: Messages are event-driven and vary. You will typically receive between 0 and 10 messages per day, depending on activity on your account.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.

4. We do not share your mobile information

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate our service — for example, our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) — and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested. These providers are contractually restricted to using your information solely to provide services to us, and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encryption of stored credentials and access controls — to protect it. We retain and dispose of information in accordance with applicable law.

6. Your choices

• Update your contact details or turn notifications on or off in your dashboard profile.
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
